At 69, Ande Lyons is living proof that ambition is ageless. A 4x business founder, longtime global startup mentor, and serial podcaster since 2012, Ande brings decades of entrepreneurial spirit and broadcasting experience to everything she does.

She's the founder of the New England Podcasters Group - monthly in-person meetup for podcasters, and the host of Don’t Be Caged By Your Age, a popular podcast where she’s redefining what it means to thrive after 65.
