Jacquelyne Elaine Santiago

Jacquelyne is the owner & founder of Littles & Lattes, a unique indoor play café in Harford County, Maryland, designed to create a welcoming space where children can play and parents can connect. Holding dual bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in marketing and business, Jacquelyne combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on experience in fundraising, event planning, and early childhood care to build a community-focused business that truly meets families’ needs.

Growing up around daycares and behavior-based therapy clinics, and having worked in ABA roles herself, Jacquelyne saw the opportunity to create a place where imaginative play, early learning, and parental support come together. Littles & Lattes features seven themed playhouses inspired by Main Street Bel Air, a cozy coffee bar, and a calendar full of educational classes and community events.

More than just a play space, Littles & Lattes is a hub for families — offering new parent Q&As with healthcare and early childhood professionals, birthday parties, and a warm environment built on care and connection. With her strong business and marketing background, Jacquelyne ensures Littles & Lattes thrives as a beloved local destination and vital resource for parents in the community.
