Laura Kim

Hi, I'm Laura,
I am a Z-lennial, neurodivergent, singer-songwriter, survivor, and personal life coach. With my lived experience of managing my mental illnesses, my experienced trauma of the mentalhealthcare systems, and my passion for art, life has led me to be passionate about holistic healing. This started with chasing my dreams, first, singing and songwriting, and leaving the "safe" field of medicine and law. I've always wanted to authentically be myself while serving and helping others discover their own unique strength and purpose without dismissing the systemic, generational, and epigenetic factors that we face as a society. With my combined love for psychiatry and art, I help artsy, spiritual, and high-functioning neurodivergents virtually and locally with structure, purpose, consistency, mindfulness, and rebuilding.
