The Screaming Bean was a seven-year dream of Martin Grams, who opened the coffee shop back in July. "I do not like talking about myself," Martin says. "My co-workers are the face of the business so I prefer to devote time speaking highly of them." Yes, you read that correct. He refers to his employees as co-workers because "they do not work for me... I work with them."
