A few years ago, during a divorce and business valuation, he was told his company wasn’t worth much—because AI was a threat that could replace him. Instead of folding, Wes rebuilt. He leaned into AI but doubled down on what it can’t replace: trust, clarity, and human connection. That shift turned his business into its most profitable year ever and reshaped how he approaches resilience, identity, and growth.
