Sydney began training in Martial Arts in 2017 to find a better path for her life. Through Martial Arts, she found a a passion and a purpose. In 2018 Sydney began teaching and traveling the world for both... From Japan, to England, Canada, and across the United States, she has had the privilege of training alongside some of the best Martial Artists in different styles.
But the physical training is only one side of the coin, the other being mental / emotional.
The biggest return on Sydney's investment in Martial Arts has been working with children, teens, and adults, giving them newfound senses of confidence, self-respect, focus, and friendships.
Sydney continues teaching and changing lives to this day.
